As our Senior Product Manager, you'll help shape how we create real value for our customers around the world - shaping the future of closed loop products and materials.

Your Mission

As Senior Product Manager, you take ownership from idea to impact.

You'll own a product space in our B2B platform and identify opportunities where AI can solve meaningful customer problems, improve internal processes, and unlock new value across our platform. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams, you'll turn promising ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

In this role, you'll:

• Own a product space from discovery to launch and how it fits beyond to become part of a platform

• Identify customer and business problems, and define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics

• Work closely with Engineering teams to bring solutions to life

• Validate ideas through customer feedback, testing, and experimentation

• Monitor performance and continuously improve outcomes

• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Help shape Resourcify's long-term product and AI strategy

What We Value In You

Essential

• You have several years of experience in Product Management, taking end-to-end ownership of complex products in the B2B space

• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists

• You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• You can translate complex topics into clear decisions and actions

• You enjoy taking ownership and driving initiatives independently

• You are fluent in English - fluency in German is a strong plus!

Nice To Have

• Experience working on AI-powered products or features

• Experience in SaaS, data products, or platform businesses

• Knowledge of sustainability, recycling, waste management, or circular economy topics

• Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
